From Bar and Grill to Sacred Temple
My relationship with food has always been driven by flavor, creativity, and the simple pleasure of a great meal.
But when I decided to change my lifestyle, taste was no longer my priority. I was focused on the benefits. I wanted to give my body what it needed, and that mattered more to me than satisfying my cravings.
As I moved away from processed foods, my sense of taste began to change. Before, I was drawn to strong, aggressive flavors. Gradually, I started noticing the subtle differences between ingredients, the layers of flavor, the aromas, and the things I had been missing. Real food began to taste different, and it brought back something familiar from my childhood, when I spent so much of my time outdoors and closer to nature.
I didn't lose my love for food. I rediscovered it in a different way.
For years, I had treated my body like a bar and grill — a place to satisfy cravings and fill my stomach. Now, I see it as a sacred temple, one that deserves proper care, quality ingredients, and respect.
That's the philosophy behind my kitchen: keep things simple, use real ingredients, and let nature do the rest. No complicated formulas or unnecessary fillers. Just honest food prepared with purpose.
